A nice hotel in Kokshetau, single room I had was cosy and comfortable, staff were quite helpful and most spoke a reasonable to good level of English language ability. Breakfast options were fairly good, also a restaurant on site, plus in terms of location there are a reasonable variety of restaurants nearby, plus banks, shops etc, and the park just next to the hotel, and the lake close too. Overall a pleasant hotel to stay at with the price quite reasonable value, I would return and stay again in future.

Estimated time to do check-out – 12 noon.
To receive a room key, you must show the guest card to receptionist.
In case of any damage of property and equipment, the resident is obliged to pay fees.
Hotel employees are not responsible for your valuables and money.
Leaving the room do not forget to close windows, water taps, turn off the lights, and TV.
When leaving the hotel, the keys must be left at the reception.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the room, in the toilet rooms, as well as in the hotel lobby.
Smoking is allowed only in a designated place on each floor.
The penalty fee for smoking is 50% of the room charge.
